What is death anyway and what happens at death. When any living thing dies, it is because respiration a and/or metabolic activity ceases. What happens then is my philosophy. I believe at death, all our accidents (all those qualities that make anything the specific individual that it is) cease to apply. What’s left is its’ essence (soul) which in my philosophy is a mirror image of its’ Creator, God.
